Once your order has been place in our hands we begin the procedure of completing the necessary data. Our trained Professional Service Coordinators will work with you on ordering inspections and estimates, obtaining payoffs, meeting all requirements on the Title Commitment and the Purchase Contract and following through with each and every detail needed to advance your file on to the closing table.
Once you are ready to schedule your file for closing, your Professional Service Coordinator will work with you, and all other parties involved, to accommodate the date and time that is requested!

This means that you will have one Professional Service Coordinator, along with their assistant, working diligently for you throughout the entire transaction!
